Construction of the Center of New Technologies I and II starting now!
KARMAR is doing ever better winning new contracts within public procurement tenders. In April 2010, we launched the construction of the Multifunction Assembly Hall for the Jan Amos Komeński State School of Higher Education in Leszno, while last year we signed contracts for projects such as the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park, the Education Center in Środa Wielkopolska and the Junior High School in Wieliszew.

Imaginarium III – build in progress!
On June 17 Karmar concluded a contract with Ronson Development for build of the 3rd phase of Imaginarium housing estate in Warsaw-Bielany. Within this phase new, small buildings will appear, that will link in nature with those built in the two previous phases.

Bartycka Residence III
In May, just 300 meters from the site of “Bluszczańska” – construction project implemented for APM Development, KARMAR started construction, for the same developer, of “Bartycka Residence III” Housing Estate.

Wola Prestige – stage II
In 2008, we signed a general contracting agreement for construction of the Wola Prestige investment project together with Home Invest, a development company, and on April 9, 2010 there was yet another agreement concluded – for the implementation of the second stage. We are happy since it proves that the Investor appreciates our work to date, done when implementing stage I.

Another contract of KARMAR in Leszno
On April 15, KARMAR signed an agreement with the Jan Amos Komenski State School of Higher Education in Leszno for construction of a Multipurpose Lecture Theatre with a complex of lecture rooms. A few days earlier Karmar started construction of the Leszno Gallery, about which we wrote some time ago.
